Most of the suppliers listed here sell to designers and the trade only. Working through us puts the same pricing within reach of a private client, on the terms we buy on.

These are not codes you take away and use yourself. We place the order, the trade price applies, and our handling fee sits alongside it rather than hidden inside it.

You do not need to have booked design work with us. Send a list you have put together yourself and we will price it, with the discount on each item shown before you commit.

What happens when you order
The list above is the starting point. This is how a discount on it turns into a price you actually pay.
- You send us a list, either your own or one a designer produced, with links where you have them
- We check availability and confirm the current trade price and discount on each item in writing
- You get a written proposal showing every item, its discount and your total saving against retail
- Nothing is ordered until you approve it, and we place the orders once you do
- We coordinate the deliveries, track the orders and chase anything that slips
Our procurement handling fee is charged separately from the price of the furniture and is shown broken into its parts. You can work out what it would come to on the procurement fee calculator. On most orders the discount is comfortably the larger figure.
Where the discount
does not apply
The discounts here are real and we publish them so you can check them. There are limits, and it is better you know them now than at the point of ordering.
- Every discount is deducted from the recommended retail price, so it does not stack with a sale, a promotion or a seasonal event such as Black Friday
- Where a piece is already reduced, buying it direct while the offer runs is usually the better deal, and we will tell you when that is the case rather than quietly quoting more
- A retailer missing from the list almost always means they run no trade programme at all, though it is always worth asking us
- Some suppliers set a minimum spend before the discount applies, shown against each one
- Supplier stock and pricing move, so an item can be discontinued, go out of stock or change price between a list being drawn up and the order being placed

How much would I actually save?
It depends entirely on what is on your list, because the discount varies by supplier and some carry none at all. The honest answer is that we will not know until we price it, which is why the proposal shows the discount on every item rather than one headline figure. Use the filters above to see what applies to the brands you already have in mind.
Which brands and suppliers are included?
Everything in the list above, and it changes as we add suppliers. If a brand you want is not there, ask. Sometimes a trade programme exists that we have not yet set up, and sometimes there is genuinely none to have.
Do I need to book a design package to use this?
No. Procurement is a stand-alone service. Plenty of clients arrive with a list they have put together themselves, or one another designer produced, and want the ordering handled.
Can I have the discount codes to use myself?
No, and it is worth being straight about why. These are trade accounts held by us, not vouchers. The pricing applies when we place the order, which is the work the handling fee pays for. What you get in exchange is the discount passed on in full, in writing, item by item.
How do I get a quote?
Send us your list with links where you have them. We come back within five working days with availability, trade pricing, the discount on each piece and your total saving against retail. There is no obligation to proceed.
