Our enquiry form asks about the rooms, the timescale and roughly where your budget sits. It takes a few minutes and it means our first reply is a useful one rather than a list of questions.
Just ask us something
For a quick question that does not need a call, email or phone is faster. We answer everything ourselves, so you will not be routed through anybody.
What it is, and what it is not.
What we will cover
Which rooms you are thinking about and what is prompting it. Whether anything structural or electrical is involved. Roughly what you are expecting to spend on the work itself. Which of our services actually fits, including when the honest answer is a smaller one than you were expecting.
By the end you should know what a project with us would look like, what it would cost, and how long it would take.
What it is not
It is not a design consultation. Nobody will look at your photographs and suggest a layout, and no advice is given on colours, furniture or finishes, because that is the paid work rather than the introduction to it.
Paid design consultancy is available by the hour and is usually worth having before a project starts. We will tell you on the call if that is what you need.

Please do not use this page. Everything to do with a live project goes through your project space so that it stays in one place and your designer sees it, and anything sent here will only be forwarded on and slow you down.
71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ is our registered address for correspondence. We are not a walk-in studio, so please do not turn up expecting to find us. Almost all of our work is delivered online, and in-person meetings are arranged in advance.
