Furniture Procurement, Fully Managed

We source, order, and coordinate your entire furniture order, giving you access to discounted supplier pricing while removing the time, stress, and risk of managing it yourself.

Ordering from different brands means separate accounts, payments, invoices, and communication threads

Multiple suppliers

Managing delivery timelines across suppliers can be difficult, especially when items arrive at different times.

Delivery coordination

Tracking confirmations, chasing updates, and handling changes takes significant time.

Order management

Damages, delays, or incorrect items require ongoing follow-up and coordination to resolve.

Issues & returns

You stay in control01

Order what you want, when you want, for up to a year

This is the thing most people assume wrongly. Handing us your list doesn't mean handing over one large order and losing control of it. Your account stays open for six to twelve months, and you come back to us whenever you're ready to buy the next thing.

Order in stages

Sofa now, dining table in March, bedroom in the summer. Nothing obliges you to buy the list in one go, or in any particular order.

Buy some, not all

Use us for the pieces where the discount is worth it and the delivery is complicated. Buy the cushions from the high street yourself. Entirely your call.

Spread the spend

Because it isn't one transaction, you're not committing a full furniture budget at once. You pay for each order as you place it.

Whose order is it02

The invoice is in your name, so the warranty is yours

We act as your agent, not as a reseller. We place the order on your behalf and the supplier invoices you directly, in your name. That matters more than it sounds.

  • The warranty sits with youYou hold the contract with the manufacturer, exactly as you would buying it yourself. If something fails in year three, you claim on it directly and nothing depends on us still being involved.
  • Your consumer rights are unaffectedBecause you are the purchaser, the protections you would normally have when buying furniture apply in the ordinary way.
  • Nothing is marked upWe aren't buying at trade and reselling to you at retail. You see the trade price, you pay the trade price, and our handling fee is separate and stated upfront.
  • You keep the paperworkOrder confirmations and invoices are yours from the outset, so you're never chasing us for documents you might need years later.
What you save03

On a decent-sized order,
often more than the design fee

Trade discounts across our network typically run between 5% and 40% depending on the brand. On a furniture budget of any size, that adds up quickly, and for a good number of clients the saving on the furniture comes to more than they paid us for the design work in the first place.

We publish our discount levels openly rather than asking you to take it on trust. Before you commit to anything we send a written breakdown showing the discount on every individual item and your total saving against retail, including VAT and delivery. If the numbers don't justify using us, you'll be able to see that for yourself.

Open book, not a preferred list

Some studios can only source from the brands they have arrangements with, which limits what you're shown to what suits them. We hold trade accounts with over 250 European and international brands, and if the right piece sits outside that network we'll say so and you can buy it yourself. The list you get is the list that suits your room. You can browse the network and see the discount on every brand before you speak to us.

What it looks like04

Two worked examples

Rather than quote a range and leave you to guess, here are two rooms costed against real discounts from our network, with our handling fee taken off so you can see the net position. The baskets are illustrative and the pieces are ones we'd realistically specify, using a normal spread of suppliers rather than only the ones with the best rates.

Being straight about the numbers

Your own figure will differ, because it depends entirely on which brands the pieces come from. Discounts across our network run from 5% to 40% depending on the brand, and a basket weighted toward the higher-discount suppliers will beat these examples while one weighted the other way will fall short. That's exactly why we price your actual list and show you the discount on every item before you commit, rather than asking you to work from an average. We have netted our handling fee off both examples above rather than quoting the saving gross, because that is the number that actually matters to you. Work out the fee for your own order using our procurement calculator.

Worth knowing05

Signing for a delivery is the moment that matters

Most furniture damage is discovered after the driver has gone, and that is precisely the wrong order of events. Once a delivery is signed for as received in good condition, the argument shifts from the carrier's problem to yours, and what should have been a straightforward replacement becomes a negotiation. The window for rejecting or noting damage is short, often the delivery itself. It is why so much of managing an order is really just being present, unwrapping things properly, and writing the right thing on the docket before anyone leaves.

How it works06

Two ways in, depending on where you're starting

The process differs slightly according to whether we've designed your space or you've chosen everything yourself. After the first step it's the same either way.

If we've designed for you

Your designer shares the product selection with you as part of the design. You work through it and approve the pieces you actually want, leaving out anything you'd rather source yourself or come back to later.

We then send a proposal covering only the items you approved, with our discount applied to each one and the total saving shown against retail.

If you've chosen your own

You don't need to have worked with us. Send us your list, whether it came from another designer or an afternoon of your own research, with links or model names where you have them.

We come back to you with availability, trade pricing, the discount on each item and any delivery costs, so you can see what using us is worth before deciding anything.

Then, either way

  • You approve and pay for what you wantAll of it, some of it, or none of it. Nothing is ordered until you've confirmed the final costs.
  • We place and manage the ordersSupplier communication, order tracking, delivery scheduling and chasing when things slip. You get updates rather than having to ask.
  • We handle what goes wrongDamages, delays, wrong items and shortages get reported and chased on your behalf. Most are settled in a few exchanges and that is included; if something becomes protracted we agree any further time with you first. Returns and exchanges are handled too, at a separate rate confirmed in advance.
  • You come back whenever you're readyYour account stays open for six to twelve months, so the next order is a message rather than starting again.
Common questions07

What people usually ask

Do I have to order everything at once?

No, and this is the most common misunderstanding about the service. Your account stays open for six to twelve months. Order the sofa now and the dining table in three months if that suits your budget or your building works. Each order is priced, approved and paid for on its own, so nothing commits you to the rest of the list.

Who holds the warranty on my furniture?

You do. We act as your agent rather than as a reseller, so the order is placed on your behalf and the supplier invoices you directly in your own name. The contract with the manufacturer is yours, which means the warranty and your consumer rights are exactly as they would be had you bought the piece yourself. Nothing depends on us still being involved in three years' time.

Are you marking up the prices?

No. You see the trade price and you pay the trade price. Our handling fee is separate, stated upfront and calculated on the number of items rather than taken as a hidden margin. That's the whole reason we publish the discount levels: you can check what we've quoted against what we said we get.

Do I need to have used your design service?

No. It's a stand-alone service. Send us a list you've put together yourself, or one another designer produced, and we'll price it. Plenty of people come to us having already chosen everything and simply wanting the buying handled.

How much will I actually save?

Across our network discounts typically run between 5% and 40% depending on the brand, so the honest answer is that it depends entirely on what's on your list. Rather than guess, send it to us: we'll come back with the discount on each item and your total saving against retail, in writing, before you commit to anything. For a fair number of clients the saving on furniture exceeds what they paid us for the design work.

What does the handling fee cover?

Sourcing, ordering, supplier communication, coordinating deliveries across brands, tracking, and chasing when things slip. It's based on the number of items rather than the value of your order, so a large sofa doesn't cost more to handle than a small lamp. You can work out the fee in advance using our procurement calculator.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We deal with it. Damages, delays, wrong items and shortages all get reported and chased with the supplier on your behalf rather than landing on you, and most are settled in a handful of exchanges. Occasionally something becomes protracted, a claim that drags on or a supplier who stops responding, and where that happens we will tell you where it stands and agree any further time with you rather than absorbing it quietly or billing for it unannounced. What we will not do is hand it back to you. Returns and exchanges are separate again, charged at a rate confirmed before we proceed, which sits apart from any restocking or return shipping the supplier charges.

Which brands can you source?

Over 250 European and international brands, including Flexform, Vitra, Poliform, Flos, Fritz Hansen and Carl Hansen & Søn. We also work with German joinery workshops and Italian upholstery studios for bespoke pieces. If something you want sits outside the network, we'll tell you rather than steer you toward an alternative that happens to suit us.

Can you coordinate deliveries so everything arrives together?

Where it's possible and where you want that, yes. Lead times vary considerably between brands, so items ordered on the same day can arrive weeks apart. Tell us if you'd rather stage deliveries around building works or hold everything until the room is ready, and we'll manage the timing with the suppliers.

Send us your list and we'll price it, with the discount on every item shown before you commit to anything. Get in touch.

Tell us what you'd like to buy

Add the pieces you're considering and we'll come back within five working days with trade pricing, the discount on each item and your total saving against retail. You don't need to have worked with us before, and there's no obligation to proceed.

Links are the most useful thing you can give us. A product page URL removes all guesswork about which model, size and finish you mean. SKU or product codes help too. If you only have a photograph, add what you can and tell us in the notes.

What happens next Send us the file and we'll check availability and current trade pricing on every item. You'll receive a written proposal within five working days showing the discount on each piece and your total saving, including VAT and delivery. Our handling fee is shown separately. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
One thing worth knowing Our discounts come off the recommended retail price, so we can't beat an item that's already in a sale or promotion. If something on your list is currently reduced, buying it direct while the offer runs will usually be the better deal, and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than quietly quoting more. Seasonal events like Black Friday work the same way. It's worth including those items anyway so we can compare properly.
