What each of you receives
For every successful referral, meaning your contact books a qualifying design package with us.
Sent once they have booked and paid. There is no cap: refer as many people as you like and you are rewarded for each one that goes ahead.
A welcome discount applied to their first project with us, so the introduction is worth something to them as well as to you.
Most full design packages and room packages qualify. Very small one-off consultations may be excluded, and we will confirm before you go any further. Full terms and conditions apply.
What people usually ask
Do I have to be an existing client to refer someone?
No. Anyone who knows and trusts our work can submit a referral, including previous clients, people who follow us on social media, and people who have simply come across the website.
When do we receive the reward?
Once your referral has booked and paid for a qualifying design package. We email you with the details when it happens, so you are not left checking.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. Refer as many people as you like. If several of them become clients, you receive a reward for each qualifying project.
What type of projects qualify?
Generally our full design packages and room packages. Very small one-off consultations may be excluded. We confirm this with you when we review the referral, before anyone commits to anything.
What if my friend is already in touch with Studio Akiva?
If they are already actively speaking to us about a project, we may not be able to count it as a new referral. We will review it fairly and tell you either way.
