Collected on Houzz and Google rather than on our own website, which means we cannot edit them, delete the awkward ones or write them ourselves. Every review below links back to its source so you can read it in full and see the rest.
More than a hundred of them sit on Houzz, which contacts reviewers directly with a series of questions before a review is published. It is a slower process and a stricter one, and we would rather have a hundred reviews that were checked than three hundred that were not.
Fake and incentivised reviews have become common enough that most people have learned to discount them, which is unfair on the businesses whose reviews are real. We would rather point you at platforms that check, and at reviews written by people who can be contacted, than ask you to take a wall of five stars on our own website at face value.
