Choose the level the
decision actually needs.
Every render is modelled to your dimensions, your ceiling height and your windows where they really are. What changes between the levels is how much of the furniture is modelled exactly.
Vision
Your room to scale, with furniture shown as close visual equivalents. The right choice for agreeing a direction, testing a layout, or when the pieces are not finally decided.
Vision +
The actual pieces and their real materials modelled. Worth it when a large order rests on the answer, or you need to see specific products as they really are.
Whole homes and commercial
Several rooms, whole floors, restaurants and workspaces are quoted individually, and usually work out lower per room than rendering one space at a time.

The first view carries the modelling, so each additional view costs less. Two or three covers most rooms. More than six, we will quote.

what a render costs.
| Room size | Larger rooms take longer to model, light and furnish. An open-plan space up to 50 sqm counts as one room. |
| Number of views | The first view carries the modelling. Each further angle reuses that work, so it costs noticeably less. |
| Level of detail | Vision uses close equivalents. Vision + models the actual products and their materials, which takes considerably longer. |
| Complexity | Joinery, panelling, stairs, curved walls and feature ceilings all have to be built rather than placed. |
| What you can send us | Drawings are the quickest start. Photos alone mean the room has to be measured first, and a site visit is quoted separately depending on location. |
| Lighting and finish options | Every evening version or alternative finish is rendered again for each view. |
| Revisions | One round is included. Further rounds are priced per view, because each change is re-rendered. |

Before you ask.
Why a range rather than a fixed price?
Because a fixed price for every room is either too high for a simple bathroom or quietly too low for a complex open-plan space. A range that responds to your room is more honest, and we turn it into a fixed quote before any work begins.
Is the estimate binding?
No, it is a guide. Once we have your plan or measurements and a few photos, we confirm a fixed price in writing. Most rooms land inside the range shown.
What if I do not have measurements?
We can take them. A site visit is quoted separately depending on location. It matters, because a render built on a wrong dimension looks entirely convincing and is entirely wrong.
Will the render look exactly like the finished room?
No render is a photograph of a room that does not exist yet. Screens vary and fabrics behave differently in daylight. What a render reliably gets right is scale, proportion, layout and how pieces sit together, which is where the expensive mistakes actually happen.
Vision or Vision +?
Choose Vision if you are agreeing a direction or the pieces are not decided yet, since there is little point modelling products you may not buy. Choose Vision + if a large order rests on the answer. Not sure? Ask us and we will tell you honestly, including if the lighter level will do.
Can I use the images with my builder or joiner?
Yes. The images are yours to keep and to share with anyone working on the project.
