# Studio Akiva

> UK interior design studio working with homeowners and commercial clients. Residential work is priced per room, published on the site, and delivered remotely. Commercial work is scoped individually. Operating since 2013, with a separate European site at studioakiva.eu.

Studio Akiva designs homes and commercial interiors. Residential projects are delivered online: the client sends photographs and measurements, one designer carries the project from brief to presentation, and the output is a scheme pack containing a mood board, a scaled layout, and every item selected, sourced and costed against the client's budget. Design fees are fixed per room and published, rather than charged as a percentage of the budget.

Services are grouped by the stage a client has reached rather than by trade category: Plan (working out what the space should be), Design (the scheme itself), and Support (buying and implementing it).

Commercial work covers hospitality and workspace, including restaurants, bars, hotels and co-working. It is scoped per project after a call rather than sold as a package. Regulatory compliance such as fire, accessibility and permits sits with the client's architect or contractor, not with Studio Akiva.
